Human Resources Manager - Hospitality

FUNCTIONS:

Lead and supervise the Human Resources department. Coordinate recruitment, selection, hiring, and induction. Supervise training, development, and personnel evaluation. Follow up on work climate and labor relations. Supervise compliance with labor policies and regulations. Analyze HR indicators and propose improvement strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in hospitality.
• Experience leading teams.
• Knowledge in recruitment, unions, labor relations, and training.
• Knowledge of labor legislation.
• Proficiency in Excel and HR indicators.
• Leadership, communication, and negotiation.
• Schedule availability.
• Residence in Cancún or Isla Mujeres.
