We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented HR & Recruitment Executive to join our growing F&B business in Singapore.

This role will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR and recruitment activities, with a strong focus on manpower planning, recruitment, employee management, HR operations, and employment contract management across multiple outlets.

We are looking for someone who can work independently, exercise sound judgment, take ownership of responsibilities, review and understand employment contracts, identify potential issues, and take appropriate action without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit frontline and management positions, including service crew, kitchen staff, supervisors, assistant managers, and store managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and recruitment database.
  • Work closely with outlet managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely recruitment.
  • Support manpower planning for new outlet openings and business expansion.
  • Develop effective recruitment channels and employee referral programmes.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain employment contracts and HR-related documents, identify inconsistencies, missing information, or potential HR issues.
  • Ensure HR documents are properly completed, signed, and maintained.
  • Ensure employment documentation complies with applicable Singapore employment requirements.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, medical leave, and other employee matters.
  • Handle employee disciplinary issues, warning letters, and related documentation.
  • Assist management in handling employee grievances and workplace issues.
  • Maintain good communication with outlet managers and employees.
  • Follow up independently on outstanding HR matters until they are properly resolved.
  • Handle Work Permit, S Pass, and Employment Pass-related applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
  • Monitor work pass expiry dates and ensure timely renewal or cancellation.
  • Maintain proper records of foreign employees and work pass matters.
  • Liaise with MOM and relevant parties when required.
  • Ensure HR practices and processes comply with applicable Singapore employment regulations.
  • Assist with monthly payroll preparation and verification.
  • Check salaries, overtime, allowances, incentives, deductions, and other payroll-related items.
  • Assist with CPF and other statutory requirements.
  • Ensure payroll information is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Maintain proper HR records and documentation.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Review existing HR processes and recommend improvements.
  • Identify HR and manpower issues and propose practical solutions.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company policies across all outlets.
  • Assist management with HR-related projects and business expansion.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant HR and recruitment experience in Singapore.
  • Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or multi-outlet operations will be an advantage.
  • Strong experience in frontline and operational recruitment.
  • Experience in reviewing and handling employment contracts and HR documentation.
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and MOM requirements.
  • Experience handling Work Permit, S Pass, and Employment Pass matters is preferred.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
