Job Description & Requirements

• Execution of projects and liaison with the client, client's consultants, contractor and authorities
• Plan and ensure that programmed of works is updated to meet the contract deadline based on progress of work
• prepare method of statement
• 6 to 10 years’ working experience
• preferably with driving license
• preferably with Building Information and ACMV Modelling Knowledge
• Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
• Responsible for coordinating all labor needs for a given project.
• Supervise the sub-contractors work on site
• Involve in daily operation and ensure activities are carried out as per planned

Job Requirement

• Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Minimum Degree Holder in mechanical and electrical engineering
• Good communication skills
• Able to multitask and hardworking.
• Experience in the construction & Engineering industry required.
• Able to work on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday if needed.
