Spa Practitioner (M/F)

The Hôtel and Résidence Alexane is looking for a Spa Manager for the upcoming winter season, with accommodation provided in shared housing (individual room) in an apartment a few meters from the establishment. Contract from December 14, 2026, until March 31 or April 11, 2027 - 39-hour contract - 1 day off and 2 half-days

The 4* Hôtel and 5* Résidence Alexane is located in the heart of the village of Samoëns and 800 meters from the gondola providing access to the Grand Massif slopes.

• 30 apartments
• "Montagnes du Monde" Spa with 2 solo cabins and a Spa Suite including a Duo cabin as well as a private hammam. Relaxation room and Tea area, 1000m² Wellness space
• Lounge Bar
• A restaurant and a café within the establishment

The main missions are as follows:

1/ Client Management and Contact

• Contact the client according to the MGM brand reception standards
• Inform clients and know how to identify their needs: physical and telephone reception, emails
• Manage formalities: taking reservations on the software, sending options and reservation confirmations, payment follow-up, gift vouchers, health questionnaires, etc...
• Perform invoicing on the software as well as daily cash closures
• Perform treatments according to Pure Altitude protocols (relaxing and sports massages, face and body treatments, rituals.)

2/ Spa Organization and Management

• Perform the setup of the Spa and the cabins according to opening and closing procedures as well as the current harmonization protocol
• Optimize treatment schedules
• Participate in inventories and monitoring of product stocks (cabins, sales, oils, herbal teas, dried fruits) with the Spa Manager
• Respect the rules and procedures for treatments
• Maintain and restock the tea area
• Know the Pure Altitude brand standards

Required Qualifications:

• Developed customer relations skills
• Team spirit and positive attitude
• Rigor, organization, and attention to detail
• Promote the Pure Altitude brand
• Ability to quickly assimilate treatment protocols and various procedures
• Proficiency in English is essential
