The Hôtel et Résidence AKOYA in Valmorel is looking for its future Receptionists for the 2026-2027 winter season!

Missions:

• Welcoming guests;
• Managing the telephone switchboard;
• Managing reservations, the sale of stays, and ancillary services (spa services);
• Carrying luggage upon request;
• Carrying out inspections for the residence apartments;
• Performing administrative and secretarial tasks for the reception;
• Following up on and managing guest requests;
• Performing billing and guest payments;
• Updating information and ancillary activities for guests;
• Performing maintenance and tidying of the reception hall and workspace;
• Performing other occasional tasks requested by Management, such as cleaning the reception hall or bar service.
