Quality Engineer (m/f), Specialists in the field of quality and management system certification (ISO)

Do you want to participate in setting up quality processes, internal audits, and resolving customer quality issues in production? In Třešť, we are looking for an experienced colleague to take over a wide professional agenda in the field of customer quality.

You can expect to work in a manufacturing company that supplies aluminum components for medical devices, energy, and transport systems.

What is the scope of work in this position? Your work will have several equally important parts:

• resolving customer complaints and communicating with customers,
• preparing, modifying, and maintaining the company's controlled documentation,
• conducting regular internal audits,
• implementing new requirements of standards, especially ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001,
• collaborating on setting quality standards,
• providing support to colleagues when solving problems in the field of quality.

The position reports to the Quality Manager. It is not a leadership role, but an independent professional position with responsibility for quality across production.

What kind of person are we looking for? For this position, it is important that you have:

• at least secondary education,
• English at a communicative level for negotiating with customers,
• experience in the field of quality in a manufacturing company, knowledge of using quality tools,
• experience in conducting internal audits, very good orientation in technical documentation,
• the ability to solve problems independently and complete tasks.

Knowledge of the following is an advantage:

• IATF, APQP, 8D,
• Root cause analysis tools, other quality tools.
