As part of our development, we are looking for our future Receptionist in CDI, a position to be filled starting in November.

Your mission: to provide a welcoming experience that meets the highest expectations.

A true ambassador for our establishment, you are the first smile that greets our clients and the last image they take with them. Through your professionalism, your sense of service, and your ability to personalize every interaction, you contribute fully to the MGallery experience.

Daily tasks You welcome clients with elegance, professionalism, and conviviality. You manage arrivals and departures in compliance with the establishment's quality standards. You personalize each stay by anticipating our clients' expectations and offering them tailored attentions. You promote the hotel's services as well as the experiences to be had in Aix-en-Provence. You ensure the follow-up of reservations, payments, and invoicing with rigor. You ensure good coordination with the various departments to guarantee a seamless experience throughout the stay. You handle requests and potential complaints with reactivity and kindness. You participate in maintaining a constant level of excellence, regardless of the pace of the day or the shift worked.

We offer you: A CDI to be filled starting in November. A remuneration of €2,255 gross per month. A 13th month starting from one year of seniority. Qualifications You have a successful first experience in reception and enjoy working with an international clientele. Mastery of English is indispensable. A second language is a real asset. Knowledge of Opera Cloud is appreciated; knowledge of Bizzon is a plus. You are recognized for your organizational skills, your rigor, and your excellent communication. Smiling, attentive, and endowed with a true sense of service, you like to create a relationship of trust with clients and contribute to making their stay unforgettable.
