Ensuring client satisfaction, perfectly knowing the services offered in order to be able to inform our clients and respond to their requests. Managing appointments for treatment planning. Performing massages, facial and body treatments, and aesthetic services - Advising and selling products and services in a personalized manner. Developing turnover and investing in the success of the spa. Participating in the smooth running and general maintenance of the spa. Being motivated and passionate about the world of well-being. Building client loyalty and participating in the development of the Spa's turnover. Applying the quality standards of the Mgallery Brand in order to guarantee the satisfaction of our clientele and our high-end positioning.
