Your tasks

The Project Manager takes charge of and follows one or more R&D projects from conception to completion, respecting current standards and internal processes for product design, development, and launch.

In detail, the missions consist of

• Participating in the costing of new projects with the sales team.
• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring the development projects of technical devices or equipment.
• Organizing the work of technical teams to achieve project objectives regarding schedule, budget, and client specifications.
• Serving as the primary interface for clients on the project(s) managed.
• Monitoring technical progress, identifying risks, and escalating alerts.
• Contributing to the documentary structuring of projects (specifications, requirements, reports, etc.).
• Organizing and leading internal progress meetings and meetings with clients.
• Participating in the realization of developments.
• Participating in the management of suppliers and subcontractors involved in the projects.
• Ensuring compliance with current regulations (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 14971) with the support of the quality/regulatory team.
• Contributing to the documentary and methodological structuring of the R&D team.

Requirements

You have solid experience in project management (planning, budget, milestones, reporting, Agile method, functional management). Your level of technical understanding is multidisciplinary (mechanics, electronics, software and embedded software, fluidics). Quality and regulation in the medical device field (ISO13485, ISO 14971, IEC 61010-1) are not unknown to you. You can communicate in English. You are recognized for your organization, rigor, commitment, and customer orientation. You are passionate about technology, curious about technical aspects, and have a taste for innovation.
