System Operator (Night Shift)

• Monitor the infrastructure environment and application services for stability and performance
• Monitors alarm signals and respond to alarm following procedures
• Perform initial troubleshooting and resolve basic incidents or cases where applicable before escalation
• Report all service impacting issues of detection
• Monitor alerts and trouble tickets to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Provide remote support to the owner team, assisting with incident analysis, troubleshooting, and coordinating problem resolution
• Most process excellent customer service and telephone skills

Qualifications: All gender, Thai Nationality, Age 21-25 years old 0-2 years experience in system operator Open for New Graduation Graduate in Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT related fields Being able to document process and procedures related to systems operator, update user's manuals, and technical manuals as necessary Being able to arrange job stream using Job scheduler Tools Being able to execute job using Job scheduler Tools Be able to work in shift
