We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to support the Design and Engineering team in the development of mechanical systems.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation inmechanical engineering principles and have practical experience using AutoCAD for drafting and design work.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with a Senior Product Designer on a variety of engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design of mechanical components.
- Prepare and modify technical drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD and 3D software.
- Support project planning and bill of materials activities.
- Review technical specifications of materials and parts.
- Maintain engineering records, drawings, and reports.
- Participate in project meetings as required
Qualifications
- Experienced in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD or 3D software.
- Basic understanding of mechanical engineering drawings.
- Good communication and teamwork ability
Preferred Skills
- Experience with 2D and 3D CAD drafting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with additional design software such as SolidWorks or Inventor is a plus point.
