Project Manager

Job Scope:

• Plan, coordinate and oversee the overall progress of works on site.
• Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate and liaise with all project stakeholders, including clients’ representatives, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, to address project requirements and concerns.
• Monitor, coordinate and supervise site activities to ensure works are carried out according to project schedules, specifications and requirements.
• Plan and arrange material requisitions in advance for each phase of the project, where necessary.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in interior fit-out works , preferably for corporate or industrial office projects.
• Able to work independently and perform effectively under tight project schedules with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills.
• Good problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Able to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence and be able to drive for work-related purposes.
