B2B Operative Sales Manager - (Denim Textile Industry) Puebla Based

Job Objective:

Design, implement, and execute the commercial process to scale the sale of denim rolls to corporate accounts and formal SMEs. You will be responsible for leading, co-supporting, and directly training the sales team in the field, ensuring strict adherence to financial viability filters and compliance with our credit policies.

Activities

• Recruit, train, and direct the newly created sales team (wave-based development scheme).
• Go into the field (co-closing) with commercial executives to ensure the closing of formal industrial accounts and garment brands.
• Ensure that 100% of prospects comply with credit and risk validation filters, avoiding deviations toward the informal market.
• Implement and strictly follow up on commercial activity KPIs (calls, appointments, quotes, and conversion) through CRM.
• Strategic mapping and prospecting in the main textile hubs (Puebla, Tlaxcala, CDMX, Bajío, Occidente, and Norte).

Salary from 20000 to 30000 depending on skills plus commissions.
