Your role:

As a Process Controller (m/f/d) in Strategic Planning, you will ensure transparency, quality, and efficiency in our planning and control processes. You will analyze and link schedule, progress, and cost data, ensure data quality, and thus support sound project control. Together with the specialist departments, Controlling, and central project planning, you will continuously develop processes, standards, and methods, thereby making an important contribution to the successful construction of our ships.

The main focuses of the area of responsibility are:

  • Development and establishment of effective process controlling for the responsible area, with a special focus on linking schedule, progress, and cost data
  • Ensuring data quality in the planning system by checking and monitoring structures, schedule specifications, and relevant planning data within the assigned process phase
  • Technical coordination and support of the interface to decentralized Controlling to ensure consistent project and process control
  • Active participation in the design and further development of process structures within the responsible process phase
  • Collaboration in the creation, maintenance, and optimization of the process map in the context of the company-wide planning process
  • Close cooperation with central project planning to coordinate and further develop uniform process and planning standards
  • Technical support and supervision of trainees and interns, as well as promoting knowledge transfer within the team

What you bring to the role:

  • Completed degree in engineering or business administration, alternatively completed technical or commercial vocational training with further training as an Industriemeister, Techniker, or a comparable qualification
