At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a Master Specialist Sanitary Technology and Commissioning (m/f/d) for our Endfertigung Mechanik department.
Your role:
In your role as a Master Specialist Sanitary Technology and Commissioning, you will take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team in the Endfertigung Mechanik. You will ensure that new employees are onboarded in a structured manner, communicate clear standards, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Through regular instructions, employee appraisals, and targeted development measures, you will strengthen the competence and performance of your team.
You will plan personnel and capacities proactively, coordinate the efficient use of your employees, and ensure that hour, deadline, cost, and quality specifications are met. At the same time, you will drive improvement processes, support innovations, and promote an open, health-conscious work culture.
The main areas of responsibility are:
- Conducting regular employee instructions as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Structured onboarding of new employees and support during the integration phase
- Responsibility for the disciplinary leadership of the team, including regular employee appraisals, target agreements, and performance reviews
- Promoting the professional and personal development of employees through targeted qualification and health measures
- Supporting and implementing improvement processes, innovations, and employee ideas for the continuous optimization of the work area
- Creation and management of personnel and deployment planning as well as order-related assignment of employees
- Short- and medium-term capacity planning to ensure efficient resource utilization
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with hour, deadline, cost, and quality specifications
- Monthly communication of relevant information and corporate decisions to the team in accordance with specifications
What you bring with you:
- Completed advanced training as an Industriemeister, state-certified Techniker, Handwerksmeister, or Dipl.-Ingenieur, ideally supplemented by an additional qualification in the field of employee leadership
- Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment
- Strong leadership skills, communication skills, and decisiveness
- A structured, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working
- Ability to motivate and develop employees and to promote a healthy working environment
- Good written and spoken English skills for confident communication and for understanding technical documents
