  • Several years of professional and leadership experience in a metalworking environment
  • Additional qualification as a Welding Supervisor (e.g., International Welding Specialist (IWS)) or the willingness to acquire this qualification
  • Confident handling of technical drawings, production documents, and welding-related documentation
  • Good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, especially DIN EN ISO 3834, DIN EN 1090, and DIN EN ISO 9606
  • Good English skills in speaking and writing for cooperation in an international working environment
  • Strong quality and safety awareness as well as a structured, independent way of working
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and enjoyment in leading and developing employees
  • Confident handling of MS Office as well as ideally experience in using ERP systems

What we offer you:

  • An interesting and diverse task in an internationally active company
  • 30 days of vacation and attractive remuneration according to collective agreement
  • A team-oriented way of working as well as appealing benefits (e.g., discounted lunch and drinks, company fitness discounts (Hansefit), bike leasing, Corporate Benefits, etc.)
  • Independent work with plenty of room for your ideas and the opportunity to actively contribute to our shared success
  • An open and respectful corporate culture where we pursue goals together with a strong sense of "we"
  • We attach great importance to the compatibility of work and family and, since 2013, in cooperation with the German Red Cross as our provider, we have operated our company daycare center Nautilus with flexible opening hours.
