What you bring to the role:

  • Successfully completed at least a three-year vocational training as a Konstruktionsmechaniker specializing in Ausrüstungstechnik or a comparable qualification in the metalworking sector
  • Several years of professional experience in the manufacturing, assembly, and installation of steel structures and technical plants
  • Good English skills for communication in an international project and service environment
  • Sound knowledge in reading and applying technical drawings, bills of materials, and production documents
  • Experience in metalworking as well as in common assembly, adjustment, and joining processes
  • Independent, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented way of working
  • Teamwork skills, flexibility, and willingness to undertake national and international service and warranty assignments

What we offer:

  • A 35-hour week, 30 days of vacation, and attractive remuneration according to collective agreement
  • A team-oriented way of working as well as appealing benefits (e.g., discounted lunch and drinks, company fitness discounts (Hansefit), bike leasing, Corporate Benefits, etc.)
  • With us, you will work independently, contribute your own ideas to the team, and thus contribute to our collective success.
  • An open and respectful corporate culture where we pursue goals together with a strong sense of "we."
  • We attach great importance to the compatibility of work and family and, since 2013, in cooperation with the German Red Cross as our provider, we have operated our company daycare Nautilus with flexible opening hours.
