Your tasks
We are looking for a Admin Merchandiser to work within our team in HCMC, to help monitor and coordinate production with the local factories and with head office in Australia and communicate with the clients in the USA and Canada.
- The role is primalrily and adminstation role.
- Monitoring and communicating to clients Critical Path reports from factory.
- Monitor production of samples and communicate completion dates with clients
- Sending parcel lists to clients with tracking from factory
- Coordinating Shipping documents between factory and customers
Requirements
- Computer skills are essential
- Communication is required in English, spoken and written.
