Commercial Manager - Construction and Infrastructure

We are looking for a Commercial Manager with experience in the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sector, who possesses business vision, negotiation skills, and a strong focus on market opening and the generation of new projects.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years or more of experience in commercial or business development positions.
• Desirable knowledge of the Ley de Obra Pública, as well as the regulations and standards applicable to infrastructure and engineering projects.
• Indispensable experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, or industrial projects.
• Experience in tenders, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Administration, or related fields.
• Advanced English.
• Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Early detection of relevant projects, tenders, and investment programs for the company.
• Development of opportunities in construction and infrastructure.
• Follow-up on projects and tenders.
• Preparation of commercial proposals.
• Negotiation and closing of contracts.
• Development of relationships with key clients.
