Your tasks
What’s the role about?
- Lead and support the crew to deliver friendly, efficient service
- Keep restaurant operations running smoothly during each shift
- Maintain high standards of food safety, food quality and cleanliness
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
- Take charge of restaurant operations when the Manager on Duty is away
Requirements
