Your tasks
You will lead the team during busy service periods and ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations. In the absence of the Manager on Duty, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, people management, customer experience and financial performance.
- Lead, coach and motivate the crew to deliver excellent service.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, food quality and cleanliness.
- Ensure a positive guest experience and handle customer feedback professionally.
- Take charge of restaurant operations in the absence of the Manager on Duty.
