Requirements

• Female
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience (hospitality industry experience is an advantage)
• Good understanding of core HR functions (recruitment, HR administration, payroll support, employee relations, license, etc)
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations
• Familiarity with payroll administration, BPJS, and PPh 21 is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Able to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic hospitality environment.
