About the vacancy
Our METTLER TOLEDO pipette technicians work every day at customers' sites or in our calibration laboratory to calibrate and maintain pipettes. Are you the one who will join our team and ensure that the right technician goes to the right customer with a good briefing and planning?
From Tiel, you will fulfill a highly varied pivotal role between customers, technicians, and our administration to ensure that all our service work runs smoothly. You are the central link between our customers and service technicians.
You will have a lot of contact with customers to clearly understand their precise wishes. After which, you process the assignments in the system so that they automatically appear on the phones and tablets of the technicians. You also check whether activities have been completed and provide the correct information to your colleagues in service administration. You also consult regularly with our salespeople so that, as one team, you are ready for our customers. Because in addition to your extensive induction process, you will follow interesting training sessions about our products and service possibilities.
What do you possess?
- At least MBO level 4 or equivalent thinking level.
- A number of years of demonstrable experience as a planner is a plus.
- Stress-resistant and strong at performing under high work pressure.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, preferably with service planning (SalesForce / SAP is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Basic command of the English language, both oral and written.
- Available full-time.
