CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN

Supervise and oversee daily site operations and workforce, including skilled workers and laborers. Ensure that all work is performed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards. Assign tasks and monitor progress to meet project schedules and deadlines. Coordinate with project engineer on site requirements and updates. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with standards. Identify and resolve on- site issues, delays, or conflicts in a timely manner.

Qualifications/Requirements: -With relevant experience in construction projects. Able to read and interpret blueprints, plans and technical drawings With good communications and interpersonal skills Physically fit and able to work.
