Main Missions

As part of the reinforcement of the development teams of a large international industrial group, we are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead to work on strategic projects related to the industrial information system.

  • Provide technical supervision to a team of developers.
  • Participate in architecture choices and the technical scoping of projects.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure the application of best practices.
  • Design and develop robust and high-performance Java applications.
  • Ensure integration with the various systems of the industrial ecosystem (ERP, PLM, Manufacturing, Products).
  • Guarantee the quality, consistency, and maintainability of deliverables.
  • Support developers in their skill development.

Profile Sought

Technical Skills

  • Excellent mastery of the Java environment.
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript.
  • Professional English is indispensable.
  • Knowledge of ERP, PLM, Manufacturing, or Product environments is a plus.

Experience and Training

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Java development.
  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead or technical referent.
