Technical Delivery Lead

Meta Bytes is looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Lead for our office in Laholm. The role involves a lot of responsibility and freedom, working closely with customers and several of our development teams. What will you be busy with during the day? Leading and coordinating technical deliveries together with our development, DevOps, and operations teams

Leading customer relations and all associated administration

Facilitating the work of transforming business requirements into product requirements

Continuously planning and prioritizing work where you ensure that the team has the information and conditions to work in an efficient manner

Keeping track of projects, with a focus on delivery quality, customer relations, and budget

Motivating teams to deliver high-quality solutions while having fun at work

You do not need to write code yourself, but you understand how modern IT environments function.

You are very skilled at administrative tasks and preferably have experience in managing technical projects

You realize the importance of developing as a team and have the ability to engage and motivate colleagues

You have thick skin and can smoothly set requirements and expectations for both colleagues and customers

You see learning and personal development as an essential part of your work

You have excellent spoken and written English (extra interesting with knowledge of esperanto, knoparmoj, or rövarspråk)

You are extraordinarily good at follow-up and feel almost unwell from unorganized notes and projects

You are social, able to navigate internal politics at customers and partners, and see only opportunities with a cheerful mood when problems arise Bonus points for knowledge in IT operations or system administration
