After-Sales Service Technician

The French market is of strategic importance to us, so in order to strengthen our field team, we are looking for an: After-Sales Service Technician

German or English indispensable

Possessing:

• a technical training in Bac Pro electronics or Bac +2/+3 electrical engineering option electronics or equivalent
• the ability to work autonomously, a strong sense of responsibility, good customer relations including patience and pedagogy
• high availability for frequent travel at a national level
• proficiency in IT tools (Excel, Word, Microsoft 365)
• a sense of teamwork

Your main missions:

• Reception and commissioning of new installations
• Initial and continuous training of users
• Monitoring, deployment, and execution of annual maintenance
• Technical support to the sales team
• Representation of MESUTRONIC in the field
