Hotel Manager

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Tourism Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced English (oral and written) is indispensable.

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in managerial positions within the hotel sector. Verifiable experience as General Manager, Operations Manager, or equivalent position, leading various operational areas.

• Preferably with experience in boutique hotels, luxury properties, or establishments focused on wellness and integral well-being.

• Key knowledge: Comprehensive hotel operation, Food and Beverage (F&B), quality standards, budget management, costs, key performance indicators (KPIs), operating procedures, and creation of tourism products with added value.-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree
