Your tasks

Activities to perform

• Review and analysis of contracts with clients and/or providers, business partners, and subsidiaries
• Drafting contracts with clients and/or providers, business partners, and subsidiaries

*Drafting and seeking initial validation from internal areas regarding commercial conditions.

• Supervising that requested payments are recorded in the internal control and update of fees for notaries, brokers, and external lawyers.
• Providing guidance to internal personnel on legal doubts regarding the filling out of formats, forms, letters, requests, etc.
• Providing legal information requested by the various internal areas of the company in both physical and digital formats.
