Project Manager Embedded Systems (m/f/x) (Engineer - Automation Technology)

Your Tasks

• Leading demanding customer projects in the field of hardware and software development for industrial automation
• Responsibility for the entire development process: From requirements engineering, through the adaptation of MESCO development processes to customer needs, to the verification of the final product
• Compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality according to the specified project goals
• Coordination, integration, and steering of internal and external partners
• Close cooperation with sales from the creation of the offer to the coordination of requirements with the customer
• Compliance with existing PM standards
• Conducting regular project reviews and reportings

Your Profile

• Experience as a developer in the embedded field, ideally in HW and SW development
• Experience as a Project Manager and/or a project management certificate is an advantage
• Completed engineering degree in the field of Electrical Engineering, studies in Project Management, with practical experience in HW and SW development projects, or similar
• Industry knowledge of automation technology is an advantage
• Strong leadership and solution-oriented personality with high self-organization
• Very good communication skills with colleagues and customers
• Good English skills
• Willingness for occasional business trips (national and international)
