Software Engineer - Ruby on Rails

Responsibilities and assignments Collaborate with the entire team to develop resolutions for problems and challenges arising from the day-to-day development of the project. Perform integrations with internal and third-party REST APIs. Be able to understand technical problems and work together with the team on optimized solutions that ensure the scalability and quality of the application. Act in a consultative manner, together with the rest of the team, in the definition of new functionalities, supporting the design team. Willingness to grow, both professionally and technically, along with the entire team.

Requirements and qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience with Ruby working on real projects. Experience with relational and non-relational databases. (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). Experience with code versioning using GIT. Experience working with REST APIs development. Good level of English.

Differential: Experience in Rails working on real projects. Knowledge of Design Patterns and Architecture. Knowledge of Clean Code. We value quality code. Knowledge of agile practices (Scrum, TDD, CI/CD). Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of Clouds (AWS, Heroku, Firebase, Huawei).
