What you will do with us
- You will assume technical responsibility for OT applications with a business connection (e.g., MES-related systems, Historian, batch, reporting, and management applications)
- You will manage the entire application and software lifecycle (incl. roadmaps, upgrades, patches, and obsolescence management)
- You will develop and optimize interfaces between OT and IT systems.
- You will support operations and management in technical decisions within the OT application environment
- You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, IT, as well as external service providers
- You will take on technical leadership for changes, releases, and complex further developments
- You will create and maintain standards, concepts, and technical documentation
What you bring to the role
- Completed studies in the field of computer science, e.g., General Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Technical Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering
- Alternatively, FH/TH/Uni studies or technician training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment is desirable
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Sound IT/MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective time management, team orientation & assertiveness
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, independent way of working & resilience
