These tasks await you You manage the registration management throughout the entire product lifecycle and support the creation, review, and updating of registration documents as well as product documentation in accordance with national and international requirements You ensure the marketability and regulatory compliance of our products and accompany product developments, taking into account product safety and health aspects You are responsible for labeling, review product claims, develop suitable claims strategies, and prepare regulatory-compliant alternative formulations if necessary You review and approve product-related materials such as advertising media, layouts, social media content, and websites, and act as the central contact person for regulatory questions from internal and external stakeholders You maintain and manage regulatory product data in the article creation and GDSN process and ensure complete, up-to-date, and audit-ready documentation You monitor regulatory innovations, coordinate their implementation, organize training sessions and workshops, and actively engage in relevant networks and associations You process reports of side effects, complaints, and objections, support authority notifications as well as legal issues, and ensure correct data maintenance for medical devices and biocides

What you already bring with you You have successfully completed a scientific degree and ideally want to enter the field of Regulatory Affairs as a career starter with a Master's degree You bring initial knowledge in the field of Regulatory Affairs as well as sound knowledge of medical device and biocidal law and understand the connections between company goals and your own work You have good English skills, a basic understanding of contract law, quality management, scientific methods, and analytics, as well as confident use of MS Office and digital tools You work in a structured and independent manner, have mastered knowledge and data management, risk management, and time management, and approach initial challenges in a solution-oriented way You are proficient in literature research, the use of databases, as well as the evaluation of scientific and clinical data, and can prepare and document complex issues in an understandable way You convince through a precise way of working, a high awareness of quality, and a willingness to take responsibility, and you bring critical thinking and good judgment You communicate in a target-group-oriented manner, work cooperatively and solution-oriented, approach changes openly, and convince through assertiveness, conflict management skills, and a confident appearance even in demanding situations
