Expert (m/f/d) Formulation R&D - limited to 12 months

These tasks await you You independently and in a team develop new galenic OTC products, optimize existing products, and develop new formulations with innovative raw materials You perform raw material calculations, recommend suitable primary packaging, and accompany development projects from evaluation to implementation You plan and accompany scale-up trials up to production-scale manufacturing and coordinate the development-accompanying testing You perform galenic and sensory stability tests and evaluate them under defined storage, transport, and application conditions You document all relevant results of product development and create and update manufacturing, control, and product documentation You source raw materials for development projects, maintain the associated documentation, and manage business relationships with raw material suppliers You ensure smooth laboratory operations, support regulatory and technical documentation, and supervise interns

What you already bring with you You have completed training as a Pharmazeutisch Technischer Assistent, Chemisch Technischer Assistent, or a comparable training with correspondingly long professional experience You bring at least three years of experience as a Senior Technician You possess good galenic expertise in the field of OTC products You bring good regulatory knowledge in your working environment You have good English skills in speaking and writing You work in a structured and organized manner and maintain an overview even with multiple tasks You are team-oriented and enjoy working together with others on development projects
