Senior International Donors Relations

Manage Mersal’s presence across international donation platforms and ensure profiles and campaigns remain up to date.

Build and maintain strong relationships with international donors and Egyptian diaspora communities.

Develop and implement donor engagement campaigns, webinars, and communication initiatives.

Identify and engage companies offering workplace giving and donation matching programs.

Coordinate platform onboarding, compliance documentation, and reporting requirements.

Monitor international fundraising performance and collaborate with internal teams to maximize impact.

5+ years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, international partnerships, international customer service, or international sales , preferably within the nonprofit sector.

Experience in donations or fundraising is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of international giving platforms and diaspora engagement.

Excellent command of English (German or other languages is a plus).

Experience with CRM systems, donor databases, and digital fundraising tools.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
