Medical Officer

Your tasks

• Lead and supervise a specialized Medical Case Management Squad within the respective medical specialty.
• Provide medical guidance and make sound clinical decisions to ensure appropriate case management.
• Oversee the assessment, coordination, and follow-up of cases within the assigned specialty.

•Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of physicians and administrative staff.

• Ensure that cases are managed in accordance with appropriate medical standards, protocols, and internal procedures.
• Review complex cases and guide the team in determining the appropriate medical course of action.
• Coordinate with relevant healthcare professionals and stakeholders to ensure effective case management.
• A Master’s degree in the relevant medical specialty is required.
• Strong and comprehensive medical knowledge within the respective specialty.
• Excellent clinical judgment and the ability to make sound medical decisions.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to guide and supervise a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
