Key Account Manager (Junior)

Join our global Account Management Team to drive growth by identifying customer needs and collaborating across functions to win projects and strengthen key customer relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop growth opportunities with existing customers to maximum business expansion.
- Collaborate with business teams to create and implement strategies aligned with company goals for key customers and business categories.
- Participate in RFI, RFP, and RFQ process by working closely with Business Unit and Business Development managers to secure new projects.
- Be involved and support Business Unit managers during project development phase.
- Provide pricing analysis and generate quotations for project bids.
- Work with various functional departments to support customers operationally during the life cycle of the won projects.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Science, or Business-related fields
- At least 3-5 years of experience in key account management, preferably from the electronics manufacturing services industry.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative without direct supervision
- Proven experience in developing relationships with key decision makers and closing complex deals
- Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Positive problem-solving attitude with resilience
- Effective team player with leadership qualities
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
