Export Clerk (m/f/d) Department: Bodensysteme Location: Prichsenstadt Full-time immediately

MERO-TSK is a family-run, globally active traditional company in the field of modular construction. In our Bodensysteme department, we deal with the development, production, consulting, project planning, and marketing of floor systems for modern interior design. To strengthen the team of our Bodensysteme product division, we are looking for an Export Clerk (m/f/d) for our Prichsenstadt location at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks:

• Commercial and technical examination of incoming orders for feasibility
• Independent commercial processing of customer orders, including invoicing
• Planning and coordination of project deadlines as well as controlling project planning and production
• Obtaining freight quotes as well as awarding transport orders in land, sea, and air transport
• Controlling shipping and freight dispatching with invoice verification
• Preparation of export and outbound documents, including certificates of origin, export declarations, commercial invoices, and movement certificates in the preferential procedure
• Processing of payment security, for example, letters of credit
• Close cooperation with the Sales, Project Planning, Production, and Logistics departments to ensure timely order processing

Your profile:

• Successfully completed vocational training as an Industriekaufmann or Industriekauffrau or a comparable commercial qualification
• Professional experience in the processing of export orders
• Commercial and technical understanding
• Ideally an additional qualification in the field of customs or foreign trade
• Knowledge in the preparation of customs-relevant documents
• Good written and spoken English skills; another foreign language is an advantage
• Confident handling of common Microsoft-Office applications, especially Excel
• Independent, careful, and responsible way of working
• Strong teamwork skills as well as communication and conflict resolution skills
