To strengthen our team in the Building Systems product division at the Würzburg location, we are looking for an immediate start:
Site Manager / Foreman (m/f/d)
for the order processing of demanding steel and glass construction or facade construction projects domestically and abroad.
Tasks:
- Creation of assembly planning and assembly instructions for our steel-glass constructions.
- Monitoring and coordination of assembly work for our international projects.
- Organization of and participation in construction site meetings.
- Monitoring compliance with planning documents and their implementation.
- Steering and control of costs, schedule, and quality on the construction site.
- Ensuring assembly progress according to planning.
- Reporting and contact with our headquarters in Würzburg.
Qualification:
You have a degree as a Stahlbautechniker/in / Stahlbauschlosser/in or a comparable training and bring many years of experience in the assembly of facade, glass construction, and steel construction elements.
Good English skills in speaking and writing are required, as well as teamwork, team leader qualities, high resilience, and willingness to travel.
Desirable would be several years of experience in leading international assembly teams.
A valid qualification for Schweißaufsicht would be an advantage, and you should also possess a valid driver's license of class 3 or B or C1/C1E.
