Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Manage the waiting list and communicate estimated waiting times.
• Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth table turnover and guest flow.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
• Assist in ensuring an excellent guest experience from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in hospitality is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and well-presented.
• Guest-focused with a positive attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Good English communication skills.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
