Technical Leader - Semi Senior

Purpose of the Role:
As a Technical Leader, you will be the reference and responsible for the technical cohesion of the work team. Your mission will be to balance the pursuit of innovation for continuous improvement, the security of processes and implementations, and technical alignment with product objectives, helping to mentor and enhance the individual capabilities of the rest of the collaborators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the team's reference in the application of development best practices, clean code, and innovation.
- Assist, guide, and direct ongoing developments delegated to the team to boost overall productivity.
- Perform technical research and feasibility analysis for new tools and solutions.
- Actively participate in critical code reviews and the definition of architectures.
- Identify, analyze, and follow up on potential risks and information security risks throughout the software life cycle.
- Define standards and best practices for the responsible integration of Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI) tools into daily development.
- Maintain fluid communication with technical, product, and key stakeholder departments.
What we are looking for in you:
- Education: University graduate in Informatics, Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: More than 5 years in software development, with at least 2 years performing in technical leadership or Tech Lead roles.
- Languages and Frameworks: Expert mastery in Python (Django) and advanced in Java (SpringBoot/Spring Batch). Knowledge of JavaScript (Node/Angular).
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Advanced knowledge of development in AWS (API Gateway, Lambdas, EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, Cognito).
- Key Tools: Expert handling of Git/GitHub, Docker (maintenance and optimization of Dockerfiles) and relational databases (advanced PostgreSQL: indices, triggers, stored procedures).
- Testing & Security: Experience in automated testing (PyTest, JUnit, Jest) and security in APIs REST (JWT, CORS, etc.).
- English: Intermediate/advanced level for reading and writing technical documentation.
It will give you a Plus:
- Experience or familiarity with geospatial data and map APIs (Google Geocoding, AWS Location Service).
- Knowledge of corporate data normalization and validation and integrations with tax agencies.
- Experience with NoSQL engines (Elasticsearch, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Knowledge of information security standards (e.g., ISO 27001 guidelines).
