Job Description

As part of strengthening our client's security framework, we are looking for an IAM Expert (Identity & Access Management) to support the design, deployment, and evolution of identity and access management within a complex and cross-functional environment.

You will work on strategic topics related to identity governance, access security, and regulatory compliance, in close collaboration with Security, IT, and Business teams.

Main Missions

As an IAM Expert, your responsibilities will include, notably:

  • Designing, deploying, and maintaining IAM / IGA solutions (identity lifecycle management, provisioning, deprovisioning, access recertification).
  • Defining and implementing entitlement models (RBAC / ABAC) and access policies according to the Least Privilege principle.
  • Integrating business applications (on-premise and cloud) with IAM solutions (ERP, CRM, internal tools, SaaS).
  • Implementing and maintaining strong authentication mechanisms: SSO, MFA, identity federation.
  • Participating in the definition of the IAM architecture and the choice of solutions.
  • Writing functional and technical specifications, operating procedures, and associated documentation.
  • Contributing to security audits, access reviews, and compliance requirements (GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001).
  • Providing advanced level support (N2/N3) and participating in the continuous improvement of the IAM framework.
  • Supporting business teams in change management and solution adoption.

Qualifications

  • You hold an engineering degree or an equivalent Master's degree (Bac+5).
  • You have solid expertise in IAM / IGA / PAM concepts (JML, roles, entitlements, recertification, SoD).
  • You have experience with at least one IAM solution on the market: SailPoint (IdentityIQ / IdentityNow), Saviynt, Okta, Azure AD / Entra ID, ForgeRock, One Identity, Ping Identity.
  • You master the functioning of authentication and federation protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Kerberos.
  • You have a good knowledge of application integrations (REST API, IAM connectors, middleware).
  • You have a fluent level of English.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) is appreciated.
