Barnes 3 Vallées is looking for its future Reservation and Reception Agent in the Moutiers sector.

Barnes 3 Vallées brings together the agencies of Méribel, Courchevel, and Les Menuires and gathers 15 employees across several professions: sales, rentals, and concierge services.

As part of its development, Barnes 3 Vallées is looking for its future Reservation Agent in a CDI position for its Reservation Center in Moutiers.

Possessing a true sense of sales and customer orientation, you will be the preferred contact for our international tenant clients and will play a central role within our teams.

Your missions will be:

Reservations:

• Marketing stays to our French and foreign clients
• Assisting our clients with their procedures, answering their questions by email and by telephone
• Sending stay proposals
• Processing and entering client reservations
• Monitoring payments and following up on contract balances
• Ensuring rigorous administrative and financial follow-up of reservation files
• Activity reporting
• Creating advertisements and setting up properties in the professional software
• Being the guarantor of the follow-up and compliance with the TRACFIN protocol internally (training will be provided)

Concierge:

• Preparing client stays from the moment of reservation, before their arrival, and throughout their stay
• Guaranteeing the quality of the customer relationship: providing a high-end and personalized service
• Providing information and advice on local attractions, events, and available services
• Organizing and booking services and activities requested by clients
• Ensuring the follow-up of expenses and client invoicing before their stay and at the end of their stay
