Reporting to the Operations Director and the Property Management Manager, your missions will be:
- Guarantee property maintenance by performing regular checks according to defined norms and standards
- Be responsible for keys, collect mail, receive and send parcels
- Write and share quarterly reporting with owners
- Coordinate interventions of external service providers on behalf of the client
- Ensure the management and follow-up of anomalies until their resolution
- Perform the opening and closing of apartments
- Manage your housekeeping / technical team
- Maintain a privileged relationship with the concierge manager to ensure that client expectations and needs are met
- Coordinate the follow-up of security deposit deductions with the rental department
- Welcome clients during check-in and check-out, ensure all essential information for the clients' stay is communicated and remain available for their comfort
- Coordinate schedules during check-in/check-out
- Guarantee the quality of welcome and the experience of holiday clients
- Ensure the daily management of the residence, including the coordination of repairs and relaying key information to the co-ownership manager
- Establish and maintain excellent relations with owners and service providers
- Manage client complaints and malfunctions during their stay effectively and in accordance with company policy
