Your missions

• Welcome, inform, and assist our guests throughout their stay.
• Perform check-ins, check-outs, and ensure the administrative follow-up of files.
• Answer telephone calls and manage reservations.
• Advise our guests and promote the hotel's services.
• Work in close collaboration with different departments to guarantee a smooth and high-quality experience.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, safety rules, and the group's environmental commitments.

The profile we are looking for

You are smiling, organized, autonomous, and enjoy working in a team. You have an eye for detail and make customer satisfaction your priority.

English is essential for this position. A second language is an asset.

You are comfortable with IT tools. Proficiency in the OPERA Cloud software is a real plus.
