Are you a morning person and do you love ensuring a perfect start to the day? Then we are looking for you!

At Mercure Hotel Amersfoort Centre, we are looking for an enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant who, together with the Food & Beverage Team, provides our guests with a warm welcome and a pleasant morning. You will work in morning shifts, and collaboration with your colleagues and the kitchen is essential to providing excellent service.

Your day consists of:

• Collaborating with the team to provide our guests with an excellent start to the day.
• Preparing, replenishing, and presenting the breakfast buffet.
• Serving coffee, tea, and other beverages during breakfast.
• Clearing and cleaning tables and ensuring a tidy breakfast area.
• Registering consumptions in the Micros system if applicable.
• Ensuring a clean and organized workplace.
• Handling and maintaining used equipment responsibly.
• Informing guests about the hotel facilities and the surrounding area.

You…

• Have a passion for Hospitality and Food & Beverage.
• Are guest-oriented and enjoy interacting with guests. Our goal is to provide excellent service.
• Are a true team player.
• Can communicate in English and preferably also Dutch (additional languages are a plus).
• Are flexible and available to work both during the week and on weekends, and are willing to work different shifts if necessary.
