For Mercure Hotel Amersfoort Centre, part of International Hotel Capital Partners (IHCP), we are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible All round F&B Staff member. In this dynamic role, you will work within all facets of the Food & Beverage department. You love variety, are service-oriented, and feel at home in different outlets, depending on what the operation needs at that moment.

Your workday consists of, among other things:

• Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner in our restaurant and the bar;
• Preparing drinks and simple dishes;
• Assisting with banqueting activities and events;
• Preparing mise-en-place and ensuring a clean and organized workplace;
• Supporting colleagues and ensuring compliance with our service standards.

This position is ideal for someone who gets energy from a varied workday and loves to contribute to an optimal guest experience in all facets within F&B!

Job requirements

You…

• Have a passion for Hospitality and Food & Beverage.
• Are guest-oriented and love contact with guests. Our goal is to provide excellent service.
• Are a true team player.
• Can communicate in English and preferably also Dutch (extra languages are a plus).
• Are flexible and available to work both during the week and on weekends and are willing to work different shifts if necessary.
