RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your main missions will be the following: Manage a team of 4 warehouse workers:

• Lead your team and help them develop their skills
• Plan and adjust the workload based on volumes and priorities
• Ensure clear and regular communication within the team: briefs, priorities, and activity monitoring

Manage stocks:

• Guarantee stock reliability: inventories, discrepancy management, and reporting of anomalies
• Supervise receptions, storage, and the availability of parts
• Manage outbound flows for workshop supply, transfers to other sites and subsidiaries, and customer shipments
• Ensure the traceability of stock movements in the ERP

Monitor and analyze performance indicators: stock reliability, service rate, lead times, and productivity

• Quickly alert on deviations, discrepancies, and identified risks

Ensure compliance with deadlines, safety rules, and internal procedures.

You are proactive in proposing improvements for flows, working methods, and the use of the ERP. You participate in the continuous improvement of warehouse tools, flows, and processes. You identify and report warehouse investment needs (CAPEX): handling equipment, storage, cabinets, logistics equipment, optimization of storage areas. You participate in performance and objective management through the production of activity reports.

Internal collaboration: production, procurement, logistics, and purchasing.

Experience: 4-5 years in an industrial environment and in operational team management

Degree: Bac+2 / Bac+3 - Logistics, Supply Chain or industrial management and/or sport automobile

A professional level of English: written and oral
