RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your Missions:
1) Lead audits and guarantee the compliance of the quality system - Participate in BRCGS, IFS, and BIO certification audits, as well as customer, internal, supplier, and service provider audits.
- Plan and monitor internal audits, support auditors, and perform the annual synthesis.
- Conduct your own internal audits and GHP tours with business experts.
- Ensure monitoring of frameworks and customer standards, then conduct gap analyses during their evolutions.
- Contribute to the regulatory compliance of products manufactured and purchased by the company.
2) Manage non-conformities and continuous improvement
- Follow the STARAC action plan and non-conformities with the Quality Assurance Manager: deadlines, follow-ups, effectiveness of actions, and closure.
- Analyze root causes, consolidate indicators, and propose concrete improvement actions.
- Participate in the preparation of the Management Review and quality committees.
- Occasionally contribute to continuous improvement processes on the production lines of the Milly-la-Forêt site.
3) Secure traceability, HACCP, and crisis management
- Perform and verify traceability tests, mass balances, and summaries intended for customers (via SAP).
- Participate in HACCP reviews, challenge existing studies, and contribute to new hazard analyses.
- Prepare scenarios for crisis exercises, formalize reports, and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in crisis cells when the situation requires it.
4) Structure documentation and support sites
- Write, update, translate, and distribute procedures, reports, summaries, and quality system dashboards.
- Organize document management in Arkania and provide back-up for the Quality Assurance Manager if needed.
- Update quality portals and platforms such as SEDEX, BRCGS, IFS, or M&S.
- Plan and monitor Quality Assurance training, training teams on framework rules and requirements.
- Drive the food safety culture by disseminating useful information and supporting operational staff.
5) Respond to customers and communicate cross-functionally
- Respond to customer questionnaires and requests regarding the quality system, in both French and English.
- Coordinate exchanges with production, site and Group Quality teams, the UK subsidiary, sales, customer service, Supply Chain, and Purchasing.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
Your Profile:
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in quality, food science, or an equivalent field;
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the agri-food industry, in a production environment demanding high standards in hygiene, food safety, and traceability.
- Practical experience in audits and good knowledge of IFS and/or BRCGS /BIO frameworks.
- Mastery of HACCP, risk analysis, root cause analysis, non-conformity management, and action plans.
- Professional English, especially spoken; Spanish is a plus.
- Good command of Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, SharePoint, and a document management tool is appreciated.
- Rigor, autonomy, analytical and synthesis skills, reactivity, and ability to propose solutions.
- Diplomacy, interpersonal skills.
- Good stress management in sensitive situations and a strong food safety culture.
- You have a vehicle (site not served by public transport).
