Chief Information Officer (CIO) (M/F)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In a context of growth and transition toward the commercial phase, VSORA wishes to structure its IT function to eventually turn it into an autonomous Information Systems Department. Reporting to the Chief Administrative and Financial Officer, as Chief Information Officer (CIO), you will take responsibility for the entire IS, ensure its reliability and security, and define a roadmap adapted to the company's growth and challenges - a strategic dimension articulated with a strong operational presence: you will intervene on technical matters and critical incidents, relying on service providers as needed. As the company grows, you will structure the IT function, define its target organization, and build then manage your team. Your responsibilities will be organized around four main axes:
- Steering and evolution of the IS
- Take responsibility for the IS and guarantee its daily performance and reliability.
- Define and steer an IS roadmap adapted to growth (implementation of an ERP, etc.) after evaluating existing systems and needs.
- Manage technological choices, evolution projects, the IT budget, and service providers.
- Anticipate future needs and act as a proactive proposer to Management.
- Infrastructure, operations, and support
- Manage and, if necessary, intervene in system, network, cloud, and IT tool environments.
- Guarantee incident management, asset management, and user support, and structure the associated processes.
- Ensure the resilience and adaptability of the infrastructure.
- Evaluate the existing setup and propose relevant technical evolutions (knowledge of Stormshield is a plus).
- Cybersecurity
- Define and apply IS security policies and best practices.
- Guarantee the protection of access, infrastructure, and company data.
- Identify and communicate the main IS risks to Management.
- Structuring the IT Department
- Progressively structure the IT function: processes, documentation, tools, governance, and quality of service.
- Define the target organization and arbitrate between internal resources and external service providers.
- Build and manage the IT team in accordance with the company's growth.
- Become the primary point of contact for the CFO and Management regarding IS priorities and investments.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
With a minimum of 10 years of experience, you possess the ability to combine strategic vision and an operational approach in a high-growth environment:

- Rigor, method, and integrity: You possess a keen sense of responsibility to guarantee the reliability and security of the IS.
- Analytical and decision-making skills: You know how to define priorities and structure processes in an agile context.
- Communication and leadership: You have excellent interpersonal skills to interact with Management, your teams, and service providers.
- Languages: Fluent English is essential (international context).
